Thank you for installing the Humidex basement ventilation system in the house located on Lake Street. Prior to the Humidex, the basement had a musty odor and I had to empty the dehumidifier several times a week. Thanks to your help, we have no more odors and as a bonus I don’t have to empty the dehumidifier any more. I would recommend this unit to anyone that has the same type of problem.

Since the day we moved into our new home, our musty basement has been a source of unpleasant odor and mold. All that changed with the installation of the Humidex. Even though the area was basically dry, the humidity levels were consistently high the year round, particularly during warmer months. Air conditioning helped, as did a conventional dehumidifier that needed to be emptied on a daily basis, but neither one eliminated the problem.The Humidex appears to have done the job! Gone is the perceptible odor that reached the first floor landing before even reaching the basement. Gone is the dehumidifier with its requisite chores. Best of all, gone is the constant attention needed to make sure everything was under control in the basement. The Humidex basically take care of itself.I couldn't have asked for a better solution.

I want to thank you for suggesting to install the Humidex ventilation system in my basement. I cant imagine any basement being without one! Within 48 hours of activation, all traces of heavy damp air and old smells were gone! With my basement now warm and dry, I am anxious to continue building the display cases for my collection of Civil War artifacts left to me by my father.The Humidex made it all possible.
